if you want that SUPER discount rate and the free tshirt for every driver you have to enter by Septermber 7th 2012......the form is in the above NRCTPA May June news...I hope to see you all at this outstanding event.

Entry Fees
1)Until September 7, 2012 entry fee is $15.00. per entry for 1st 5 entries after that $10 per for the rest of your entries
If early entry a free t shirt for every driver entered Payment must be included?.extra shirts $10 apiece
2) From September 8, 2012 until October 3, 2012 registration is $20.00 per entry. Email and phone in entries are
accepted during this time with or without payment.
3) From October 3, 2011 to door registration the cost to enter at the door is $25.00. No exceptions.
4) Novice entry fee is $10.00 whether early or at the door.
rooms at the hotel are $64 (+ taxes 13%) /night....1 800 851 8300 .........say you are with the event....
rooms at the rainbow motel next door are $49 per night 419 485 3432 or 419485 8515 (it's a ole timey place I stayed there to try it out so....)
camping available not too far away if you want that (within 10 miles there are 2 campsites....)
