Sonething that in my opinion is not done enough is to give credit to a supplier where necessary. Kudos to you Brett for a fine servo shipped and delivered to Toronto Canada in 4 days. Great service and a great product. One is going on the front of my Clod Dirt Puller this weekend to compete at the Dirt Nationals in Syracuse next weekend. With all that lead up front I want lots of GRUNT and I think this servo should do the trick. Thanks again---Bill.

There was, mainly called operator error. We recently changed our website and shopping cart software over to a more upgraded system. The new software now allows for gift certificates and discount vouchers to be used, along with taking automated credit card payments (which should be up in a day or so).

Unfortunately, I wiped out our existing customer database somewhere in the process. I will be slowly going back through and manually re-entering them back in, but that hasn't been done yet.

We've placed another order for these, so hopefully they'll be here somewhere around the 20th. Once we get confirmation of a delivery date, we'll add the restock quantity to our catalog as I'm sure these will be sold out by the weekend.

I was told by Brett that when a product temporarily is out of stock that it will not appear on the site in the store. The system takes it off completely. Should be a option to back order items, that way a person will still buy from CPE and not shop a different store.

I've never been a big fan of taking money for an item we don't have, as I don't have 100% control for when products are expected back in stock.

For a trial period, I've updated the site to allow orders to be submitted for backordered items. You'll be notified that the item (or some portion of them) are backordered both in your shopping cart and during checkout.

I'll try and go though the individual items and get in-house estimates up, but that's a manual editing process to do so. If all goes well, I'll leave it as is. If it's a pain, the site will revert back to the way it was.

Servos are expected in around 1/11 though.

If it is an issue, maybe you could set it up so that people can not backorder, but it still shows the product. Then we would know that you are just out of stock right now.
