ok sooo Time Flys has flown lol... in exchange for this project (Birdman) made this tube chassis for me and has done many clod chassis ...
I got it today from him and the initial look is very well laid out looks like the real digger , he did have issues with the green paint so he painted it black for me (i love the black frame digger )
i will have it powder coated Green after i set it up and run it i do need a few things 120mm shocks and links but other than that it should be a relativity quick build

well enjoy the pics , updates will be coming soon ... oh yeah wheels and tires will be my shaved juggs should fit perfect

wheel base is going to be 12 in or so

Man that thing looks amazing...better than the teaser pic! Birdman did an outstanding job on that chassis. Never seen a WK tube chassis like that.

    Pretty sweet looking Tom!

Sorry to hear the Time Flys had to go though.....

Do you know what you are looking for as far as 4-link length goes? You gonna run the HR shocks on it?

Oh the questions just keep coming.

    That Does look great Tom!

What is the chassis made from?

Also NOT the Jugg tires!!!! They'll be way too big for that body. RC4WD Rumbles(1st choice) or shaved down stock Clods would be better.

yeah i needed the trans and axles Jerry ... and yes the hr duel spring or single spring ... i want a softer shock being the truck will be so light
im not sure on the links... ive never made them so i have to research that

its brass Kent and thanks ! excited for the build , as far as the juggs this is what they look like ... there narrower than clods and just as tall now as the rumbles so IMO i think they will fit .. but if it doesnt look right when its a roller ill make the switch

    ^^^^ that's funny

If it's a brass/solder chassis you can't powdercoat it. The temps for powdercoating will melt the solder.

They look good, and if they're not light enough for you the HPI MT2 springs should fit as well.
