Thanks for the compliment, it was a fun build up. I have broken 2 carbon fiber tie bars already I'm trying to figure out something that will be stronger and keep the BTA steering.

Can you double up on them one one on top one on bottom of each knuckle arm?

Or perhaps just stack two one over the other and use two longer bolts?

Though about that but if I run one on top it hits the bottom of the axle housing and if I double stack them it will limit the travel of the front suspension by hitting the lower links

I found some thin steel at work I'm going to trace out my original CPE bar an try making a brace for the c.f. or I may just use the steel if it's ridged enough.

Looks like you just bent the 6-32 allen stud on the lower links. Those can be replaced.

Hit up Mike @ Screw Loose Hex Hardware.

He can even help you out with a ZRP BTA steering system (Not promoting my products). The tie bar is made from 3.5mm thick carbon fiber for a reason.

You can also get your metric fasteners from him too!

Thanks but if you look at the lower link where it goes to the chassis it's bent there also.

Here are more pictures of the link
