    Default Axial MT Coming Soon.....

    Members do not see advertisements
Looks like Axial might finally be releasing a solid axle MT I'm guessing that it will be based off the AX10 Deadbolt in some way. Some parts have been added to Tower's website, then some have disappeared....lol

Axial said it comes with a 3s lipo capable pinion gear installed, but includes a lager one in the parts bag. Can anyone confirm this please?

    Grave Digger, Hmmm

    (can't help it looks awesome!)

Also will it be a 1/10 or 1/12 based of the 2.2 tire size...

I hope the make some bigger scale stuff.

    Definitely hope its not a 1/12 :-(

Currently working on project ares and first hands on with the ar60 axles and must say I am not a fan of how skinny the outputs and axle shafts are.

Wheely king is already a 1/12 and has them parts beat.

Also the wk trans with rc4wd gears to me looks way more stout then the wraith trans all around even with steel gears.

I hope they make a 8mm axle shaft for this but with a 17mm or 19mm hex but highly doubt it wich brings on more of the same ol dame ol lol.

I'm just guessing, but based on their blog of AX10 Deadbolt converted MT's, I think it going to be based off those perhaps and therefore be 1/10 scale with AR60 axles. It's here if anybody hasn't seen it. http://www.axialracing.com/blog_posts/1073912145

    Bummer I lost interest already.

With project ares going this brings nothing new to the table yet again and pretty certain it would have no chance against it becuase its still going to need all the upgrades that goes into these same trans and axles they use in crawlers trail trucks buggies and what not over and over and over!

I was ready for a monster sized version not the same old stuff again lol...total bummer!

I doubt there will be a lot of "new" to this if it does become a thing. It'll probably just be a repackaging of the AX10 with a more monster truck type body and wheels? It will be nice for the genre to have a insanely popular company like Axial producing solid axle MT's though.

Well well, what timing. I like the look of the cage and those are new wheels to Axial? Hopefully it will be eventually released as a kit with a generic truck body. My big concern is pricing. Are we looking at $300 +?

Price on Tower is $399. 2.2 tired vehicle.

It does say redesigned hubs and C's? Maybe stronger?

Hmmm yup looks like a new bright body on an Axial frame with tires and wheels and body that are 1/12 and the WB is too long. Not impressed about the truck but hopefully the tires, rims and body are useful for a WK or Pede.

Says it is geared for 3s running? They include a 16t pinion for 2s running? ***.
